ABOUT US

Nasprías is the name of the land where our family has had its vineyard in Sardinia for almost a century. It is a name that we relate to family and traditions, values which are at the core of our food: pizza al taglio, bread, cakes and much more. We use real Sardinian ingredients together with the freshest local produce sourced from right here in the Cotswolds. We don’t buy pre-made or frozen doughs, we source the best flour and yeast and let our doughs raise for 48-72 hours, just like our families did in the past; the way it should be done.
Nasprías tips its hat to my Sardinian roots and also serves Illy coffee, the best that Italy has to offer made to Illy’s exacting high standards alongside other drinks that you can find in any Italian bar. 
We are looking forward to welcoming you with some Sardinian hospitality.

A bowl of our own recipe marinated mixed olives.

A slice of our focaccia brushed generously with our homemade garlic and parsley butter.

Tagliere di Formaggi e Salumi

Indulge in a taste of Italy with our Sharing Board featuring three exquisite Italian cheeses, home-made bread, and the renowned pane carasau from Sardinia. Pair these delectable treats with traditional taralli biscuits from Puglia, accompanied by a delightful selection of dips including balsamic and extra virgin olive oil, fragrant pesto, and rich caramelised onion. Transport your senses to the heart of Italy with this flavourful and satisfying spread. Buon appetito!

Burrata and Prosciutto alla Sarda £12 🌾🥛

Burrata is the more decadent and delectable cousin to the much loved and steadfast mozzarella fior di latte. Why not indulge in a cool, creamy burrata on a bed of crispy shards of Sardinian pane Carasau (‘music paper bread’), a scattering of cherry tomatoes and shavings of pecorino sardo cheese, studded with capers and drizzled with extra virgin olive oil. 

Add Prosciutto Crudo for an extra £3 ✾

SALADS

Insalata di Bufala £12 🌾🥛

A whole creamy and smooth Buffalo mozzarella nestles on a bed of romaine lettuce and peppery rocket, with cherry tomatoes, black olives, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and hunks of our homemade bread.

 

Side salad £5

A perfect side salad for a burst of freshness; Romaine lettuce, with crisp celery and cherry tomatoes dressed with our house dressing made with tangy red wine vinegar and dijon mustard for a mellow warmth with extra virgin olive oil.

LASAGNA

 

Ragu lasagna £13.50 🥛,🌾

A real treat and an everlasting classic from Emilia Romagna, the beating heart of Italian pasta. Every family has their own secret ragù recipe, which is undoubtedly ‘the best’ and Nasprias is no different. We stick closely to the classic recipe from Bologna and use a pork & beef mince cooked slowly with carrots, celery, onions and tomatoes for a rich and intense ragù. Our homemade Bechamel sauce ribbons through the ragù on every layer.

PIZZA ROLLS

When they’re gone they’re gone.

Made fresh daily and as they say in Italy ‘Vanno a ruba’ which means they get snatched up quickly!

A generous strip of our Nasprias dough layered with tomato sauce, mozzarella and either Spanish chorizo and pecorino cheese or a hearty combination of salame and smoke provolone cheese, all rolled into an Italian croissant shape before cooking.

 

Served with our pizza sauce for dipping.
